What We Collect

If you apply for a position with us, we may collect your contact information as well as certain information about you, including previous employment and education history, references, information relating to your criminal record and background check, interview notes, test scores, and correspondence between us.

We do not knowingly collect data defined as “sensitive” personal information under most applicable privacy laws, except as described above with respect to employment and job applicant information or about Subjects as directed by our clients.

How We Collect It

Social Media Integration. Our Services may, from time to time, contain links to and from social media platforms. You may choose to connect to us through a social media platform, such as LinkedIn, and when you do, we may collect additional information from you. Please be advised that social media platforms may also collect information from you. When you click on a social plugn, such as LinkedIn’s “Like” button, that particular social network’s plugin will be activated and your browser will directly connect to that provider’s servers. How We Use It

The professional services we provide to our clients may include collecting information on individuals, companies, organizations, and other entities (“Subjects”). Much of this information is collected from our clients, the Subjects, public sources (such as public records or registers, social media sites, and the internet), and other third-party sources (including industry and country experts or individuals and entities). We may collect such information in person, by telephone, or electronically.  Such information may include personal information about the Subjects, such as contact information, biographical information, and professional and personal information.
