Caroline Williamson Joins Quinlan Partners as Counsel

Quinlan Partners is thrilled to welcome Caroline Williamson as counsel to the firm.

Caroline advises Quinlan on legal and compliance matters, as well as on the full range of due diligence, business intelligence, litigation support, and internal investigations.

Before joining Quinlan, Caroline served as an assistant district attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, Appeals Division. Earlier in her tenure at the Office, she served as a special assistant district attorney in the Major Economic Crimes Bureau, investigating and prosecuting fraud, larceny, and falsification of business records.

Caroline began her career as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, where she represented clients in courts across the country, including the United States Supreme Court.
