Caroline advises Quinlan Partners on legal and compliance matters as well as on the full range of due diligence, business intelligence, litigation support, and internal investigations. 

Before joining Quinlan, Caroline served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, Appeals Division, where she focused on criminal and civil appeals on behalf of the people of the State of New York. Her cases involved the recovery of looted art, investigations into police accountability, and prosecutions of organized crime and violent felonies. Earlier in her tenure at the Office, she served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in the Major Economic Crimes Bureau of the Investigations Division, where she investigated and prosecuted cases involving fraud, larceny, and the falsification of business records.

Caroline began her career as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, where she represented clients spanning international financial institutions to local healthcare clinics in courts across the country. Her work included representing clients in internal investigations involving allegations of workplace misconduct and in securities litigation before the United States Supreme Court, and advising potential witnesses in the Theranos litigation.

She received her J.D. from Georgetown Law and her B.A. from Barnard College.
